CASE STUDY: BRAGG CREEK FLOODING

Project Description

The Project: In June of 2013, the Elbow River overflowed its banks and caused significant damage to communities.  One week after the flood, we chartered a helicopter and did a vertical photography survey of the hamlet of Bragg Creek.

How we did it:  We took vertical images and stitched them together to create a very high resolution map of the entire hamlet. We then created an interactive map that can be viewed online and we are very happy with the result.  Please check it out by clicking the link below.
